To provide emergency communications, training, public awareness, networking, and emergency volunteer response capabilities to local governments and communities, while ensuring there is no cost to the organizations utilizing any of our services. All services provided by Volunteer Supplies, Inc. & ReadyToHelp.org are done so using proven technology, experience, and forward thinking techniques.
Executive Summary:
Volunteer Supplies, Inc. and ReadyToHelp.org provide a very critical function to local communities and all levels of government in Emergency Management. Through the use of technology, training, and experience, we are working to provide a proven solution in closing the communications gap that every Volunteer, Faith Based, and local government Emergency Management Agency faces each day. Volunteers Supplies, Inc. and ReadyToHelp.org are designed to support, enhance, equip, inform, and organize volunteer workers in all aspects of emergency management as well as provide important information portals to the public to assist with the distribution of information from their local governments and volunteer organizations.
We have seen the importance of training and recruitment availability to the organizations utilizing our services. We work to provide key training resources to assist with expanding the knowledge of the organizations operational staffs, as well as provide a recruitment system to help bring in new individuals to assist these organizations in their growth for day to day operations and emergency / disaster events.
Through the services we offer, we are able to expand and build the foundation to assist volunteer agencies and localized governments with their communicational, recruitment, and training needs. We work with each organization utilizing our services first hand and face to face to ensure all of their specific needs are addressed. Through these personal relationships and networks we are able to build upon our systems to ensure that every aspect of the company is focused with their best interests at hand.
We feel the services we provide truly have the ability to help solve a known problem and have the potential to save lives and property all through-out the country. We ensure all services that are provided through ReadyToHelp.org and Volunteer Supplies, Inc. are fully available at no charge to the organizations utilizing our services. Funding for these services come from grants, donations, and contributions. Even though we could charge for the services we offer, we would be assisting the larger problem at hand by depriving the organizations that do not have funding or resources available to financially support the systems we offer in their communities. Because it is unfair to offer our services to one organization that may have funding available versus another organization that has very limited funding, we work to ensure there is absolutely no cost to any of the services we provide to any organization utilizing our services.
Money is always the problem, by offering our services with no charge; this levels the playing field, opening up communications between all Emergency Management Agencies and their volunteer organizations to work with each other on a day to day basis as well as during an actual emergency.
